Policies
At RBF Brands, every order is created with care and attention to detail. Because our products are custom-made specifically for each customer, we maintain the following policies to ensure fairness, transparency, and quality for all clients.
Custom Orders
All embroidery, screen-printing, UV printing, and personalized products are made to order. Once artwork is approved and production begins, orders cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged. This includes all items with names, logos, designs, or any custom features unique to your order.
Order Approval
Before production, a digital proof or sample may be provided for approval. By approving the proof (verbally, in writing, or by paying the invoice), you confirm that all spelling, colors, placement, and sizing are correct. RBF Brands is not responsible for customer errors after approval has been given.
Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase and before any design setup, digitizing, or production work has started. A 30% cancellation fee will apply to cover administrative and setup costs. Once materials have been ordered or stitching/printing has begun, the order is considered in production and cannot be canceled.
While we do our best to meet all estimated turnaround times, delays can occur due to factors such as machine maintenance, supply chain issues, or weather conditions. Delays outside of our control are not grounds for refund.
If a specific deadline is required, it must be communicated in writing at the time of order to confirm scheduling availability.

Shipping Issues
Non-Returnable Items
We are not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or damaged by shipping carriers once an order leaves our facility. Customers should file a claim directly with the carrier in these cases.
The following items cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances:

Quality & Material Variations
Minor variations in thread color, garment shade, or print placement may occur due to supplier or manufacturing differences. These are considered normal in custom production and do not qualify for refunds or remakes.
Terms & Conditions
By placing an order with RBF Brands, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. All orders must be submitted in writing via invoice, email, or order form and are not confirmed until a deposit or full payment is received. A minimum 50% deposit is required on all custom orders unless otherwise agreed in writing, with the remaining balance due prior to pickup, shipment, or delivery. Standard turnaround time is approximately 10–14 business days after final artwork approval and payment, though delays may occur due to factors such as weather, supply chain issues, or machine maintenance, which do not qualify for refunds. If a specific deadline is required, it must be communicated in writing at the time of order; rush services may be available for an additional fee. All embroidery, screen-printing, and UV printing orders are custom-made and non-refundable once production has begun. Design proofs or mockups provided for approval must be reviewed carefully by the customer, and RBF Brands is not responsible for any errors after approval. Artwork must be provided in high-resolution or vector format, and digitizing fees are non-refundable once started. Any designs created by RBF Brands remain the property of RBF Brands unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Customers who supply their own garments or products do so at their own risk; RBF Brands is not responsible for damage, loss, or manufacturer defects on customer-supplied goods. RBF Brands reserves the right to photograph completed work for marketing or portfolio use unless otherwise requested in writing. Our liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for that order. RBF Brands enforces a strict Anti-Harassment and Social Media Policy: harassment, intimidation, or defamatory remarks—online or offline—toward RBF Brands, its owners, or team members will not be tolerated. Customers agree to contact RBF Brands directly to resolve any concerns before posting publicly; false or malicious statements made online may result in legal action. By submitting payment, approving artwork, or authorizing production, you acknowledge and agree to all policies set forth by RBF Brands, including our Refund & Return Policy and Anti-Harassment Policy.
